Operator-grade frameworks
Every framework we teach is one we'd use ourselves on the next engagement. If it doesn't survive contact with real work, it doesn't ship.
The world doesn't need another AI influencer. It needs operators who've actually run marketing campaigns, built customer journeys, managed budgets, sat through quarterly business reviews, and shipped work that had to perform — not just look good in a case study. It needs people who can take a board-level question about AI adoption and answer it in the same meeting, with the same language, at the same depth.
Amplifi AI exists to be that practitioner bench. Five integrated service arms — Academy, Consulting, Studio, Talks, and Ventures — each led by the same operational discipline we've always applied to marketing: understand the business context, map the capability, govern the risk, ship the work. AI is a powerful tool. It is not a strategy, not a skillset, and not a substitute for the hard work of knowing your market, your customer, and your numbers.
We serve businesses and the professionals inside them in equal measure. A Masterclass cohort will include a founder and their head of marketing in the same session; a Corporate engagement will include a C-suite and the team they'll hand the work to. This is deliberate. The operators and the leaders both need the same frameworks — just applied at different altitudes. We build for both.
I spent more than a decade running marketing programmes the old way — campaigns, briefs, timelines, creative reviews, launch dashboards. I was good at it. But I watched the industry change in real time around 2023, and what I kept noticing wasn't the tools. It was the gap.
The gap between people who were using AI for productivity tricks and people who were using it to reshape strategy. Between organisations experimenting with AI in a single team and organisations rebuilding their entire capability stack. Between the professionals who'd get pulled into the next room and the ones who'd quietly fall behind. The tools didn't decide which side of that gap anyone landed on. The frameworks did. And nobody was teaching the frameworks at the depth the moment required.
Amplifi AI is that teaching. It's also the consulting, the creative work, the speaking, the ventures — all the work that emerges when you treat AI not as a product category but as a capability layer. I built it because I wanted a place I'd actually want to bring a hard business problem to. If that's the kind of work you're looking for, I hope we get to do some of it together.
— Janelle Germain, Founder & CEO
Janelle Germain is the Founder and CEO of Amplifi AI. She is a senior marketing operator with more than a decade of experience directing brand, growth, and integrated marketing programmes. Her career has spanned portfolios of 17+ brands across 32 markets globally — work that has required her to translate strategy into execution at every scale, from regional launches to multi-market campaigns, and from founder-led startups to enterprise teams.
Her approach has always been operational. She's been in the room when budgets got cut, when launches slipped, when a brand had to reposition overnight, and when a team had to rebuild from scratch. That operational grounding — the belief that good strategy is the strategy you can actually ship — is now the backbone of how she teaches AI: not as a novelty, but as a capability layer that has to integrate with everything a business already does.
Janelle holds advanced business credentials, is a published author, and a panellist at AI industry summits. She's also the founder of The Launchpad Initiative, Amplifi AI's community-impact arm, which provides free AI and business training to young Caribbean entrepreneurs. Every Amplifi Academy registration funds it. She believes every operator deserves the tools, the frameworks, and — crucially — the room to lead.
Janelle teaches through Amplifi Academy →, advises through Amplifi Consulting →, speaks through Amplifi Talks →, and builds through Amplifi Studio → and Amplifi Ventures →.
Different clients, different programmes, different deliverables. But three operating principles show up everywhere — in the classroom, in the boardroom, and in every piece of work that leaves Amplifi AI.
Train through the Academy. Hire us through Consulting or Studio. Book Janelle for a keynote. Or partner with us through Ventures or The Launchpad Initiative. Every path starts the same way — a conversation.
