These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website amplifiai.co and all services provided by Amplifi AI ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to training programmes, consulting engagements, creative services, speaking engagements, and venture studio products.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Amplifi AI provides:

• AI training programmes (Masterclass, Pro, Corporate)
• Strategic consulting and advisory services
• Creative and campaign production (Studio)
• Keynote speaking and executive workshops (Talks)
• Venture studio products (Ventures/Pioneer)
• The Launchpad Initiative (free training and seed funding for Caribbean entrepreneurs aged 18-30)

Specific terms for individual programmes or services may be communicated at the time of purchase or registration.

Registration and Accounts

When you register for a programme or service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Payment and Pricing

• Prices for programmes are displayed on the relevant pages and are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed through PayPal. We do not store your payment card information.
• Early-bird pricing is available for limited periods as specified on the programme page. Once the early-bird deadline passes, the regular price applies.
• All prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect existing registrations.

Refund Policy

Standard policy

All Amplifi Academy (Masterclass, Pro) and Amplifi Corporate, Consulting, Studio, and Talks engagements are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Single exception

In the event of a technical failure on Amplifi AI's end that prevents programme delivery (e.g. platform outage, cancellation of a cohort, failure to deliver a scheduled session due to our fault), we will either:

• Reschedule the affected session or engagement at no additional cost, OR
• Issue a prorated refund for the portion of the programme that could not be delivered.

What you keep

Regardless of refund status, registered participants retain lifetime access to any session recordings, resources, and deliverables that have already been provided.

To request consideration under the tech-failure exception

Email hello@amplifiai.co within 14 days of the affected session. Include your registration details and a description of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on amplifiai.co, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, workbooks, prompt libraries, and software, is the property of Amplifi AI or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our express written permission, except as follows:

• Programme materials (recordings, workbooks, prompt libraries) provided to registered participants may be used for personal and internal business purposes only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share programme materials with non-registered individuals.

User Conduct

When using our website or participating in our programmes, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Share login credentials or programme access with non-registered individuals
• Record live sessions without our express permission (we provide official recordings)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or staff
• Attempt to disrupt the functionality of our website or services
• Submit false information on any form or application

The Launchpad Initiative

The Launchpad Initiative is subject to additional terms:

• Applicants must be aged 18-30 and based in a Caribbean country
• Selection is at the sole discretion of Amplifi AI
• Prize funding is awarded based on pitch competition results as evaluated by a panel of judges
• Prize amounts and structures are subject to change between cohorts
• Participation in the training programme does not guarantee selection for the pitch competition

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amplifi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our content or services.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programmes. Results depend on individual effort, application, and circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
