Web design & development

Websites built fast and built properly.

Design, build, launch and maintenance from one team, delivered remotely for clients anywhere. Landing pages, full marketing sites, e-commerce and product builds — fixed scope, written quote, and a site you own outright.

    What we make

Four kinds of build, and how to tell which one you need.

    Landing page

One page with a single job: capture enquiries for a campaign, a launch, an event or one service line. Fast to produce, easy to test, and the right first move if you are validating demand rather than establishing a presence. From $450 USD.

    Marketing website

The full site: home, services, about, proof, contact, and whatever your sector requires. Structured so pages can be added later without a rebuild, and set up so your own team can edit copy and images. From $1,200 USD.

    E-commerce or booking

Catalogue, cart, checkout and payment, or a reservation flow for restaurants, tours, clinics and services. Built on top of a marketing site rather than bolted onto one, with stock, pricing and fulfilment considered before design begins.

    Product or MVP build

A working application rather than a brochure — customer portals, internal tools, booking platforms, first versions of a software idea. Staged, with a usable release before the full scope is complete. From $3,000 USD.

    Process

    How a build actually runs.

The most common complaint we hear about previous web projects is not price or design. It is silence — a project that started well, went quiet for six weeks, and came back as something nobody recognised. The process below exists to make that structurally impossible.

    1 · Scoping call
Thirty to forty-five minutes on what the site has to achieve commercially, who it is for, what exists already, and what your deadline actually is. We leave with enough to quote; you leave with an honest view of whether the budget matches the ambition.
    2 · Written proposal
Fixed scope, fixed price, named deliverables, a page-by-page outline and a delivery date. Returned within 48 hours. If something is excluded, it is written down as excluded rather than discovered later.
    3 · Structure before styling
We agree the page map, the content each page carries and the primary action on each one before any visual design happens. Rearranging a sitemap costs nothing at this stage and costs a week after design sign-off.
    4 · Design
Key pages designed first — usually home, one service page and one conversion page — and reviewed together. Two rounds of revision are included at this stage, which is where revisions belong.
    5 · Build
Development on a private preview link you can open at any time. Responsive from the first day rather than adapted for mobile at the end, because for most businesses the majority of traffic is on a phone.
    6 · Content and review
Copy, images and any product or listing data loaded in. You review on the real site, on your own devices, and give consolidated feedback rather than a trickle of messages.
    7 · Launch and handover
Domain, hosting, SSL, analytics and search console configured under your ownership. Handover includes a walkthrough of how to edit the site and a written record of every account and credential.
    Included

    What is in the price.

    Design and build
Custom layout designed for your business — not a purchased theme with the colours changed. Every page responsive across phone, tablet and desktop.
    Copywriting support
We will write or rewrite page copy where you need it, or shape what you already have. Sites where the words were an afterthought are the ones that fail to convert.
    Technical SEO
Clean heading structure, page titles and descriptions, descriptive image alt text, fast load times, a sitemap, robots configuration and structured data — configured during the build.
    Forms and enquiry routing
Contact, quote and booking forms with spam protection, delivering to the inboxes you nominate and recording submissions so nothing is lost to a mail filter.
    Analytics
Traffic and conversion tracking configured at launch, so you can see what the site is doing from week one rather than installing it a year later.
    Ownership and training
You own the domain, hosting and site. Handover includes a recorded walkthrough so your team can make routine edits without calling us.
    Thirty days of support
Fixes and small adjustments for a month after launch, included as standard.
    Maintenance

    What happens after launch.

A website is not a delivered object; it is a piece of operating infrastructure. Platforms update, security patches land, contact details change, a service line is added, a seasonal promotion goes up. Left alone for two years, most sites become slower, less secure and progressively less accurate about the business they represent.

Our monthly care plan covers hosting oversight, platform and dependency updates, regular backups with tested restores, uptime monitoring, SSL renewal, and a set allowance of content changes each month — new pages, price updates, staff changes, seasonal campaigns. You get a short monthly note on what was done and how the site performed. Care plans are optional and month to month; a business with an internal marketing person often does not need one, and we will say so.

Where a site needs to grow rather than be maintained — a new campaign, a content programme, a second language, ongoing social and film assets — that sits with the wider Amplifi Studio team, alongside brand, campaign, content and film work.

    Who we build for

    The businesses this suits.

Hospitality and tourism operators needing direct bookings rather than dependence on platform commissions. Restaurants and retail businesses selling online for the first time. Professional services firms — legal, accounting, medical, advisory — whose current site is a decade old and no longer reflects what they do. Contractors, tradespeople and service businesses that need a credible presence and a working enquiry form more than they need anything elaborate. Startups and founders needing a first product version in front of real users quickly. We work with clients across North America, the UK, Europe and the Caribbean, and almost every project runs remotely regardless of where the client sits.

We are a poor fit for one thing: a very large enterprise platform replacement with a multi-year roadmap and a procurement process to match. That is not the work we do well, and we will refer it on.

    FAQ

Questions we get before a build starts.

How much does a website cost?

A landing page starts from $450 USD, a full marketing website from $1,200 USD, and a product build or MVP from $3,000 USD. The variables are page count, how much copy and photography we produce versus receive, whether e-commerce or booking is involved, and how many custom integrations are needed. Every project is quoted in writing after a scoping call, in USD.

How long does a build take?

A landing page is usually one to two weeks. A marketing site of six to ten pages is three to five weeks. Product builds run longer and are staged. The most common cause of delay is content — projects where copy and images are ready move roughly twice as fast.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the content and the finished site. We will register and configure them for you if you prefer, but they are held in your name from the start, not ours.

    Where are your clients based?

Everywhere. We are headquartered in Barbados and have delivered work across 32 markets, including North America, the UK, Europe and the wider Caribbean. Projects run remotely as standard, with working sessions scheduled around your time zone, so location is rarely a factor in either cost or delivery speed.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. If you have a brand system we design within it. If the brand is thin or dated we will say so and quote a brand sprint separately rather than quietly redesigning your identity inside a website project.

Do you do e-commerce and online booking?

Yes — product catalogues, checkout, payment processing and booking or reservation flows. Payment gateway choice depends on your bank and merchant arrangements and the markets you sell into, and is decided during scoping.

    What about maintenance after launch?

Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and small adjustments. After that, a monthly care plan covers hosting oversight, updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a set allowance of content changes. Care plans are optional and can be started or stopped at any point.

Will the site be found on Google?

Technical SEO is part of the build, not an upsell: clean page structure, one H1 per page, descriptive metadata, fast loading, mobile-first layout, a sitemap and structured data. Ranking for competitive terms also depends on content and time, and we will be straightforward about which terms are realistic.
